Emailing about a Purchase?

If you have purchased training from our store, given ample time for the information to be sent, but have not yet received the information to download: PLEASE check your spam/junk folder to make sure it's not being sent there. We have had some instances, where e-mails are being sent to the purchasers spam/junk folders, disabling communication from our end to the purchaser.
